This is a combination of the starter block toilets that are normally direct on the floor and a western toilet with the start blocks on the rim. This toilete I found in Ahmedabad India. 
This is also used as a outdoor toilet in India
This last picture is the drainig of the Toilets near the Taj Mahal in India flowing nicely into the neighborhoos stream
